  We only ever capture your name so we can display it in the application. We will never share or sell that personal information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

• Usage Data

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service, including when You access the Application on a mobile device. This may include details such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile device type, mobile operating system, unique device identifiers, the version of the mobile application You are using, the time and date of Your usage sessions, time spent on specific features within the Service, and other diagnostic data.

This information helps Us analyze and improve the app’s performance and user experience, detect and prevent unauthorized activities, and address technical issues.

Voice Recordings

The Application now allows You to record Your journal entries using voice. You can enable voice recordings by granting the Application access to Your microphone. Voice recordings are optional; You can continue strictly typing Your entries if preferred.

Your voice recordings are stored exclusively on Your Device. The recordings are securely transmitted for transcription purposes only and are not retained or stored externally afterward.

Photos and Videos

The Application allows You to enhance Your journal entries by including Photos and Videos. Using Photos and Videos is entirely optional, and You can fully use the Application without enabling this feature.

Photos and Videos shared with My.Story remain exclusively on Your Device. These files are never transmitted externally or stored outside of Your Device.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance, and undertaking of any contract with Us.
• To communicate within the Application: Updates and announcements are shown directly within the Application.
• To manage Your requests: To manage and respond to Your requests.
• For business transfers: Information may be part of mergers or acquisitions.
• For other purposes: Such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and improving the Service.

We do not share Your Personal Data with third parties for commercial or marketing gain. However, certain disclosures may be necessary in specific circumstances outlined in this Policy.
